Mario was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area. He graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He offers professionalism and experience as well as knowledge of the greater Houston area as he works with clients in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. He is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of HAR (Houston Association of Realtors), Chairman of the Commercial Gateway Division of HAR and Chairman of HRIS (Houston Residential Information Services) as well as Regional Vice President for TAR (Texas Association of Realtors). He also serves as a Director of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and Vice-Chairman of NAR Global Business and Alliances Committee. Thomas W. (Tom) Coltharp graduated from Texas Tech University in 1966 with a B.S. in Animal Science. After working in the animal feed and finance industry he obtained his Real Estate license in 1970. He was a State Certified Appraiser for many years and has assisted companies such as Freddie Mac, Exxon and numerous banks. He is presently an Associate Real Estate Broker with First Group Real Estate. Tom has served in all disciplines of Real Estate from sales of timberland, office buildings and residential properties. He is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Conroe and has served on various boards of civic and professional organizations in the community and Montgomery County. Michael is a specialist in all areas of residential Real Estate including the growing Rental and Leasing markets. Michael is a native Houstonian, graduating from Texas A & M University in 1999, with a BBA in Management Information Systems. Michael has been licensed since 2006. Michael enjoys working with people from all walks of life and helping them reach their dreams and goals of purchasing a family home.
Misty has a background in marketing, sales management and administrative roles. She enjoys providing accurate records and detailed bookkeeping as well as friendly customer service to customers. When she is not busy at 1st Group, her family enjoys attending baseball games, helping out at her childrens’ schools and staying connected at their church. They have lived in Conroe for 9 years and love being part of such a wonderful community.
